Party Room Booking Policy
We’re thrilled to welcome you for your special nail party room! To help everything go smoothly and ensure a great experience for all, please take a moment to review our booking policy below:
1. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit (25% of the total cost) is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance on the day of the event.
2. Final Headcount & Service Details
Final guest count and selected services must be confirmed at least 48 hours (2 days) before the event.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time.
4. Cancellations or No-Show Policy for Group Bookings
- Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of party made less than 48 hours (2 days) before the event will result in losing your deposit.
- If some members fail to show up without notice, a no-show fee of $80 per missing guest will be charged to the card on file or the main contact person.
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice if any guest will not attend. This allows us to adjust our staffing and appointment slots.
- This policy helps cover the cost of blocked time and lost opportunities for our technicians.
5. Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. We accept cash, debit, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), and Apple pay. Venmo/Zelle (tip only).
6. Drink & Food Policy
To maintain a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for all our guests, please adhere to the following guidelines if you bring food and drinks into our VIP room:
Approved Beverages:
- Wine and champagne only.
- No hard liquor, cocktails, or other alcoholic beverages allowed.
Approved Food:
- Cheese boards, finger foods, fruits, and light snacks are welcome.
- No hot meals or foods with strong odors (e.g., garlic, fried foods, seafood, etc.).
Cleanliness:
- Guests are responsible for keeping their area tidy.
- Any spills, food mess, or damage to salon property may result in a clean-up penalty of $50 or more, depending on the severity.
